By creating an account and using the DigitalTaxPak system, the User agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and login credentials. Users must use a strong and unique password and must not share their username or password with unauthorized persons. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended to enhance account security and reduce the risk of unauthorized access or data breaches.
The User is solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all invoice information before submission to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Digital Tax Pak shall not be responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information entered or submitted by the User.
The User is responsible for regularly monitoring invoices submitted to FBR. Where an incorrect invoice is submitted, the User shall take the necessary action within the 72-hour period permitted by FBR, where applicable, to delete, cancel, or otherwise correct the invoice in accordance with FBR procedures.
The User is responsible for ensuring that all customer, product, tax, financial, and other information entered into the system is accurate and up to date.
Digital Tax Pak shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, data breach, or loss resulting from weak or compromised passwords, shared credentials, failure to follow security recommendations, or actions of the User or its authorized users.
Digital Tax Pak will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of the system. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity, third-party services, or circumstances beyond Digital Tax Pak's reasonable control.
The User is responsible for all activities performed through their account and must immediately notify Digital Tax Pak of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.
Digital Tax Pak reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any system feature or service and to revise its pricing packages from time to time.
These Terms & Conditions are presented to the User during account registration. By creating an account and using the system, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Digital Tax Pak reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms may be made available through the system and shall apply to continued use of the services.
