What is the Onboarding Wizard?

The Onboarding Wizard is a step-by-step process that configures your account for FBR integration. You must complete all steps before you can submit invoices.

Step 1: Company Details

Verify and complete your company information:

• Company Name: Your registered business name
• NTN: National Tax Number (verified against FBR records)
• Province: Your business province (Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Islamabad, AJK, GB)
• Address: Your registered business address
• Business Nature: Type of business (Manufacturing, Trading, Services, etc.)
• Sector: Your industry sector

Step 2: FBR Credentials

Your admin will configure your FBR API credentials. This includes the sandbox and production API tokens that authenticate your invoices with FBR.

Step 3: IP Whitelist

FBR requires your server's static IP address to be whitelisted. Provide:

• Static IP Address: Your business internet static IP
• ISP Name: Your internet service provider

Step 4: Token Setup

Your admin generates and assigns API tokens for both sandbox (testing) and production (live) environments.

Step 5: Scenario Assignment

The 11 mandatory FBR test scenarios are assigned to your account. You must pass all 11 scenarios in the sandbox environment before going live.
