Your Dashboard at a Glance

When you log in, the dashboard gives you a quick overview of your account activity. Here is what each section shows:

Statistics Cards

• This Month: Shows how many invoices you have submitted in the current month. Below it shows your total all-time invoice count.
• Valid (Month): The number of invoices that FBR accepted as valid this month. If there are invalid invoices, the count is shown in red below.
• Scenarios: Shows how many FBR test scenarios you have passed and how many are still pending.
• Status: Your current account status — Onboarding, Sandbox Testing, Sandbox Complete, or Live.

Referral Code Section

If you have a referral code, it appears in a blue highlighted card. You can copy your code and share it with others. When new customers register using your code, you earn referral credits shown as your Balance.

Navigation

Use the left sidebar menu to navigate to different sections: Onboarding, Scenarios, HS Codes, Inventory, Invoices, Knowledge Base, and Support Tickets.
